Service Mission Workshop

Every year during the first quarter of the school year, Trinity hosts a Service-Mission Workshop to launch our service and mission efforts for the year.  The purpose of the program is to put a face to those we work to serve, to celebrate Trinity's accomplishments, and to renew ourselves for living our commitment to others for the coming year.

This year's program began with a video showing how others view and actually perform their service to the wider community.  Following this, presenters Paul Masek and Gretchen Pacheco, local youth ministers affiliated with the REAP Team, gave the major presentation of the day.  Their energetic and interactive program challenged the Trinity community to live our faith, touch people's lives, and make a difference in our world.

In addition, four sstudents - Aaron Johnson, Colleen Arends, Sara Madden and Kailey Garner - spoke of their personal experience of serving the community through the Christian Service Program at Trinity Catholic High School.  The mission activities planned for this year were also announced.

The program concluded with the celebration of the Eucharist, which of course, gives us our strength to serve our local and wider community.
